McNeely Lake Murder, 2009

On Saturday, June 25, Orienteering Louisville will hold its 3rd Mystery O, at McNeely Lake Park.  Just as in our previous Mystery Os, a crime has been committed and the orienteering community has been enlisted to help solve it.  There will be clues scattered about the park (and marked on your map) for you to find and analyze.  Additionally, actors will be playing scenes.

As an exciting addition,  this year we have prizes for the participants including tickets to Derby Dinner Theater, gift certificates from The Trail Store and other interesting items

The  event will follow a Sprint race, which will run from 9 till 11.

Additional info, added 24 July...

Here is some additional information on the Mystery O scheduled for tomorrow at McNeely Lake Park.    It starts at 11:30,  following the sprint (9:00 to 11:00).  We will be in the small shelter at the top of the hill.  The weather report is for the low 70's for the sprint and about 82 for the mystery O.  You cannot beat that for July.

Please send a quick note to the meet director if you are going to attend.  We are expecting a big turnout.

Bring a pencil.
